Charitable Donations

Having been discussed at a few AGMs without resolution, it was agreed at the 2018 AGM that a sum roughly equal to 10% of the Closing Balance in the annual accounts would be donated to a Charity the following year.

The recipient Charity will be selected each year by the Chairman.

If a golf day is associated with the Charity then the Holt Shield would request to sponsor a hole and would accept a complimentary 4-ball if offered.

An advertisement board displaying the Holt Shield crest will be purchased for use in such events.
