2024 George Stuart Memorial

 

The competition was played at Whitehead GC, on Friday 2nd August.

 

Our thanks to Whitehead GC for hosting the event, the course and the food were both very enjoyable!

2024 Annual General Meeting

 

The 2024 Annual General Meeting took place at Dunmurry Golf Club at 7.30PM on Thursday 15th February, Minutes are now available for download on the AGM/EGM Minutes tab.

2023 Presentation Dinner

 

The Dinner was held on Saturday 14th October at Cairndhu Golf Club.

2023 Annual General Meeting

 

The AGM took place in Dunmurry Golf Club on Thursday 9th February at 7pm.

 

Minutes of the AGM, together with the Honorary Secretary's Report & Annual Accounts for 2022 are now available to download on the AGM/EGM Minutes tab.

 

Rules for 2023 have now been updated in line with the decisions made during the AGM.

 

Team Captains should acquaint themselves with the revised Rules, including early visibility of the eligibility requirements for 2024.

 

2023 George Stuart Memorial Competition

 

One of the highlights of the Holt Shield calendar, open to all current Team Captains, this year's competition was held at Ballyclare Golf Club on Friday 4th August.

 The Holt Shield was founded in 1963 at a meeting in Belvoir Park GC, Belfast, NI.


Initially, the competing Clubs were from the Belfast area but over the years Clubs from the surrounding area also joined.

The first winners of the trophy were Clandeboye in 1963 and the most recent in 2023 were Cairndhu.
